Before the electric transfer trolley runs, it is necessary to release the cable. During the operation, the power line should be parallel to the rail, so as to avoid affecting the operation of the trolley.

The electric rail transfer carts is equipped with manual clutch device on both sides of the reducer. When the car fails to run, the manual clutch can be moved to the wheel side by the handle (an extension rod is added when loading), so that the wheel shaft and reducer shaft can be separated. The rail car can be manually pushed (or drawn) to move the car for maintenance, or it can be changed into a non-powered rail car for continuous use.

At the same time, the platform structure of the car is added with T-shaped groove and pulley rail, which can carry other mechanical equipment to meet the needs of work and production process.
