This Heavy Load 40 Tons Transformer Battery Transfer Cart is provided for our Turkey customer, it is designed with hydraulic turning type, and make the cart move and turn more smoothly and safely when transport transformer. Besides, we can add hydraulic lifting function on the cart's platform,and design it to be omni-directional movement transfer trolley.
The frame structure is welded with high quality steel plate and section steel. The structure, mechanical system and safety protection device (strength, stiffness, stability and overturning resistance of flat transfer car) of the vehicle are in line with the current relevant specifications and standards. According to the current environmental protection standards, the mechanism can operate safely and reliably.

Before getting inside the warehouse, all steel plates must be pretreated and testified to be qualified.
There is quality inspection in every process. The previous process can be allowed to enter the next one only if it is qualified. The whole process inspection records must be well preserved.
Before delivery, all the transfer carts/trolleys must undergo performance test, including load forward and backward, obstacle avoidance, omnidirectional mobile, slope climbing, lifting, wireless remote control, etc.
