Hybrid Navigation McNamm Wheel AGV adopts various navigation methods such as laser navigation, magnetic stripe navigation, and QR code navigation. The transfer cart adopts McNamp wheels, which are a special type of wheel composed of small rollers in circles. These rollers can freely rotate along their own axis, and their axes are all at a 45 ° angle with the axis of the wheel hub.
The characteristics of this type of wheel include:

The McNaam wheel enables the cart to translate and rotate in multiple directions, including forward, lateral, diagonal, and stationary rotation, enabling the cart to move in all directions without the need for complex steering mechanisms.

There is quality inspection in every process. The previous process can be allowed to enter the next one only if it is qualified. The whole process inspection records must be well preserved.
Before delivery, all the transfer carts/trolleys must undergo performance test, including load forward and backward, obstacle avoidance, omnidirectional mobile, slope climbing, lifting, wireless remote control, etc.
