Trackless transfer cart applied in the water conservancy industry
This vehicle is an 80 ton heavy-duty trackless transfer vehicle used in the hydropower industry. The platform size is 6000 * 3000 (L * W) and it is equipped with a work rack for transporting hydraulic valves. It has good stability and high safety.There are eight polyurethane coated wheels, and the vehicle is controlled by two methods: the onboard handle and wireless remote control. It can move forward and backward while turning. The vehicle is equipped with sound and light alarms, emergency stop buttons, and warning stickers to ensure transportation safety.
The overall structure of the RWP series electric flat car is mainly composed of a frame, a transmission device (polyurethane horizontal drive wheel), a walking device (wheel), a safety device, an onboard control box, and a handle placement box device.

There is quality inspection in every process. The previous process can be allowed to enter the next one only if it is qualified. The whole process inspection records must be well preserved.
Before delivery, all the transfer carts/trolleys must undergo performance test, including load forward and backward, obstacle avoidance, omnidirectional mobile, slope climbing, lifting, wireless remote control, etc.
