During the operation of the trackless transport cart, there is an audible and visual alarm to remind people at the application site to promptly detect approaching equipment and take corresponding measures.
The transport cart is equipped with laser obstacle avoidance, which emits a warning sound when an obstacle is detected. When the obstacle is closer, the control system immediately sends an emergency stop command to stop.
The electric transfer cart is equipped with emergency stop buttons around the body. In case of emergency, the emergency stop button can be pressed nearby to stop the vehicle from running.
The frame structure adopts high-quality steel or box beam welded structure, and the structure, mechanical system, and safety protection devices (strength, stiffness, stability, and anti overturning performance of flat cars) of the car comply with current relevant specifications and standards.
