PROJECT INTRODUCE
1 set 5T mecanum wheel agv was exported to Thailand, the agv is laser navigation, which is for moving pallet from one station to another. After provide agv handling solution, and the introduction of our company's strength and project experience, and the customers coming to our company to visit the factory, they expressed great confidence in our company and believed that we would have a good cooperation.Our Thailand customer sent us an AGV overview map.
1. They will use AGV to receive empty pallets from the pallet warehouse for the robot production line, then transport the finished pallets from the robot production line to the inventory location, and finally transport the finished pallets from the inventory location to the exit station.
2. The size of the pallet is 1400*1200*150mm, and the free space of the pallet support frame is 1250*1800*750mm. The agy must pass through from below, so the agy must also meet the lifting function.
3. AGV needs to meet the lifting working height of 300mm.
4. AGV working hours need to meet 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and one cycle should not exceed 5 minutes.
