The 40 tons RGV developed and designed by RMK can be synchronized and driven at a constant speed by two carts, with a maximum load of 80 tons, achieving precise positioning and automatic docking of parking points. The platform is equipped with a local lifting device to smoothly lift and lower goods. At the same time, the cart can run horizontally and vertically, achieve track identification and positioning, and switch track operation trajectories to achieve multi track route travel. Customized fixtures and various automation functions and programs can be installed on the transfer platform according to needs, with full automation operation without manual operation. It is a high-efficiency handling equipment in modern factories and automated production workshops.

Before getting inside the warehouse, all steel plates must be pretreated and testified to be qualified.
There is quality inspection in every process. The previous process can be allowed to enter the next one only if it is qualified. The whole process inspection records must be well preserved.
Before delivery, all the transfer carts/trolleys must undergo performance test, including load forward and backward, obstacle avoidance, omnidirectional mobile, slope climbing, lifting, wireless remote control, etc.
